Our customer is an Australian household name embarking on a new era in delivery of their core products. The purpose of this role is to ensure upcoming project releases are Business and Market ready and to provide project support on an ad-hoc basis to help resolve any identified business readiness issues.

The responsibilities of the role include:

• Manage and continually improve the business readiness process to ensure it is effective in uncovering any business readiness issues in a timely manner
• Review Program schedule/release plans to identify upcoming project releases that need to be reviewed as part of the business readiness process
• Carry out business readiness reviews in close cooperation with the relevant project managers and senior management BAU stakeholders
• Present business readiness review findings to ensure there is agreement on proposed interventions and highlight any systemic issues within the enterprise that need to be addressed to resolve any recurring business readiness themes
• Engage with the Change team to ensure there is ongoing alignment between the Change Impact analysis and the business readiness review process
• As required, work closely with project managers to resolve identified business readiness issues.

Experience required:

• Considerable experience in identifying, framing and solving complex operational and go to market issues
• Familiar with product development practices including key deliverables that will ensure a smooth transition into a BAU operating model
• Experience in building strong relationships and becoming a trusted advisor to key senior stakeholders across a large Enterprise
• Experience in working in both operational and Sales/Marketing/Service functions
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and working across functions
